Spiritual Psychology delves into the intersection of spirituality and psychology, exploring how beliefs, values, and consciousness impact human behaviour and well-being. Integrating principles from various spiritual traditions with modern psychological theories, it seeks to foster self-awareness, inner growth, compassion, forgiveness and holistic healing. Through practices like compassion inquiry, mindfulness, meditation, and self-reflection, individuals learn to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, compassion, and authenticity.

Tuesday 9.45am - 11.00am. Classes started 7 October, finish 9 December.
Cost: $50 (prepaid), 10 weeks

About the Tutor:
I am a registered ACA and PACFA Clinical Counsellor; ACA College of Supervisors; Certified Life Mastery Consultant; Certified Dream Building Transformational Life Coach and a Clincial Psychologist. I have managed my own private practice for nearly two decades. I have extensive international and national experience in helping clients to heal past wounds and transform their lives so to live a life they truly love.It is too late in the term to enrol in this class.
