Class attendees are required to be current members of the University of the Third Age Brisbane Inc. and membership entitles you to go to any of the Brisbane U3A classes.

We are a group of enthusiastic writers, who produce works of fiction and non-fiction. On occasions we examine and discuss various forms of poetry. We assist new members with positive critiquing of their work.

Cost of joining U3A Brisbane Inc is $35.00 per annum single, $60.00 per annum per couple.
U3A – University of the Third Age – is an organisation dedicated to fun and learning for the older generation. Classes are not structured as in a school situation. There are no examinations at the end of a course. People learn at their own pace. Or simply join a class for fun, keeping the mind active, and meeting people.
Some Classes are purely for fun, as for MAH JONG.
