Class Enrolments:
All members wishing to join a class MUST contact the class tutor to enrol. A place may be booked only if the member is currently financial, or intends to be before the course commences. The tutor will explain the structure and cost of the course, and take the member's name, membership number, phone number and email address, and this information will be entered on the class sheet at the first class or first attendance, at which time the membership card MUST be sighted. If you subsequently find that you cannot attend the course, you MUST contact the tutor again so that the tutor can contact other members who may be on a waiting list.

Ithaca: it is a tale of adventure, sex and violence and, unlike its companion The Iliad, it is an easy read. James Joyce
'updated' the epic to 1902 Dublin with Ulysses and we will look at his rather idiosyncratic take on the old story. A very
good 'pre-read' is David Malouf's Ransom.
